 1.  Tuition scholarships at Université Protestante au Congo (UPC) in the capital Kinshasa and Université Evangélique en Afrique (UEA)—still fully functioning in war-torn Eastern Congo. Tuition costs only $800 to $1,200 per student per year. Over 90% of the aid we provide goes to these scholarships.
